Duroflex Bonnell Spring Mattress has been perfected to comfortably support your posture. The specially crafted, high resilient Bonnell Springs inside are made from finely tempered carbon steel padded with cotton felt and layers of polyurethane foams.

The mattress is upholstered with fine fire-retardant fabric for extra luxury and safety.

Warranty

Limited warranty provided throughout the subscription term in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • If any defect was found due to normal usage before the expiration date of the warranty, the mattress would be retrieved for inspection, repaired and returned free of charge.

  • The warranty only covers the cases where the product fails due to manufacturing defect.

  • Only the sagging of the core of the mattress will be considered to be a product failure.

  • Sagging means a decrease in the thickness of the mattress greater than 20%.

  • The warranty does not apply in the case of wear and tear of the cover and stitching resulting from regular use.

  • The warranty will be available only when the product is used in accordance with the instruction.

  • The warranty will be claimed through a replacement by an identical product. If no identical product is available at the time of the product failure, a similar substitute of equal or higher value will be provided. If not, a refund will be provided.

  • The final decision regarding the warrantee will be made by nornnorn.
