Let us know how long you would like to have the products for.
We send the subscription agreement for you to sign online and collect the deposit through your credit card.
We procure the products and send them out to you brand new!
Upon delivery, the subscription fee for the first month is charged to your credit card. The subscription fee for the subsequent months will be charged to your credit card automatically thereafter.
At the end of the subscription term, we collect the used products back from you to recycle their components and return to you the deposit.

free 30-day trial
If you are a business customer, we are happy to send you a full-sized, brand-new sample of your preferred mattress model if required free of charge. If you are unhappy with the sample, you can return it to us within the first 30 days after the delivery date without incurring any charge, except a product retrieval fee.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are a home-use customer and unhappy with the mattress subscribed for, you can cancel the subscription within the first 30 days after the delivery date without incurring any charge, except a product retrieval fee.

delivery
The delivery process depends on the manufacturer(s) of your preferred mattresses. Usually it can take anything from 7 to 45 days for the products be ready for delivery. In most cases, the manufacturer will take care of the last mile deliveries unless the mattresses are imported from elsewhere. We can help facilitate the logistics and import process should you wish to use mattresses manufactured abroad.
