1) Who are we?

We are a Bangkok-based impact startup founded in early 2018 by an impact-driven executive from the sleep industry. Prior to founding nornnorn, our Founder & CEO spent over ten years developing and executing strategies for one of Thailand's top three mattress and bedding manufacturers and distributors with over 95 years of history and thousands of B2B clients in Southeast Asia, South Asia and Australasia and extensive retail operations in Thailand. 

Our Founder & CEO has been named a Family Business Successor of the Year 2022 by the Business and Professional Women’s Association of Thailand - Bangkok under the Royal Patronage of HM the Queen and one of the Tatler Asia Leaders of Tomorrow (Generation T) 2020.

In addition, he was included in the inaugural The Future List by the Futurist in 2020, selected as one of the four Finalists for the UK Alumni Entrepreneurial Award (Thailand) 2020 by the British Council, chosen as a Model Business Person of the Year (Household and Office Goods Sector) 2012 by the Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand, and featured in the July 2013 edition of Forbes Thailand. 

2) Why subscribe?

• No need to invest in mattresses: Our subscription service saves you from having to sink big money - whether it's a bank loan or your own cash - into mattresses over a long period, enabling you to use the money on something else, such as creating a business or investing in other returns-generating assets. If you are a hospitality business, our service helps keep you asset-light.

• Stress-free end-of-life disposal of mattresses: We collect the mattresses back from you at the end of every subscription for recycling purposes free of charge, saving you from troublesome and costly end-of-life disposal of mattresses.

• Be green and circular: Our service empowers you to make our economy environmentally sustainable and circular.

3) How can I subscribe for mattresses?

Let us know the brands and models of the mattresses you prefer and how long you would like to have the mattresses for, and we will procure the mattresses and send them out to you brand-new. We can also help recommend the brands and models of mattresses that may be suitable for your hospitality projects or personal use.  

4) How long does the subscription process take?

We will get back to you within 24 hours after you have completed the online registration form.

5) Who does the deliveries?

The manufacturer of the mattresses takes care of the last mile deliveries, unless the mattresses are imported from elsewhere. We will be more than happy to help facilitate the logistics and import process should you wish to use mattresses from abroad. 

6) How long is the delivery process?

The products are usually delivered from 7 after the order confirmation and subscription deposit payment.

7) How do we handle warranties? 

The limited warranty is provided by the manufacturer through us for the entire subscription term subject to the terms and conditions specified in the subscription agreement.

 8) How long are the subscription terms?

Business customer (corporate entity): 60-120 months (in line with the usual mattress replacement cycles among international standard hotels)

Home-use customer: 12 -84 months.

9) What happens at the end of a subscription term?

We collect the used mattresses back from you for recycling purposes and return to you the deposit.

10) Which mattress brands are available for subscription?

Our preferred supplier partner in Thailand and Laos is Springmate. In Indonesia, our mattresses come from Spring Air.

11) How much is a monthly subscription fees?

Our monthly subscription fees starts from US$2.30/mattress/month and varies according to the mattress model and size and subscription term you prefer. The longer the subscription term, the lower the monthly fee.

12) How many mattresses do I have to subscribe for per time?

Business customer (corporate entity): At least 10

Home-use customer: At least 1

13) Who can use our service?

Our service is currently available to corporates registered in Thailand and Indonesia and home-use customers in Thailand.

14) Can I end the subscription before the end of the term? 

The subscription may be terminated prematurely. However, the remaining subscription fees will need to be settled in full.

15) Can I extend the subscription?

The subscription term can be extended prior to the end of the product subscription agreement for a period comprising blocks of 12 months at a time (e.g. 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, etc.) such that the total duration of the usage of the products does not exceed the maximum duration for which the products can be subscribed for as of the effective date of the original subscription agreement. 

The monthly subscription fee will decrease by half for every 12 months extended.

16) Can I upgrade the products during the subscription term?

If you are a home-use customer, you can upgrade the products to those of larger sizes of the same models, or of the same sizes and categories but of the more expensive models, once 75% or more of the subscription term has passed.

For such an upgrade, you will need to terminate the existing subscription agreement, settle half of the remaining subscription fees in full, and enter into a new subscription agreement for the upgraded products. The existing products will then be collected back from and new, upgraded ones delivered to you.

Please note that the term of the new subscription agreement has to be no shorter than that of the original agreement.

17) What's the return policy?

Business customer (corporate entity): There is unfortunately no return policy.

Home-use customer: If you are unhappy with the mattress subscribed for, you can cancel the subscription within the first 30 days after the delivery date without incurring any charge, except a product retrieval fee.

18) Who owns the mattresses?

The mattresses belong to us throughout the entire subscription term.
